Hearts of Oak have beaten rivals, Asante Kotoko to the signature of attacker, James Abban.
Abban, a transfer target by Kotoko joins the Phobians from Liberty Professionals where he scored six goals.
The club have also added to their ranks two former Kotoko players, Edward Affum and Abdul Ganiyu Haruna while goalkeeper Philemon McCarthy has been resigned by the club.
