Aduana Stars and King Faisal will now play their match-day-26 fixture next Wednesday, April 21.
The Premier League Board confirmed the decision to reschedule the game which was to have been played on Sunday.
Aduana, third on the table were to play Faisal at the Dormaa Park but asked for the game to be played at a later date with three of their players on international duty with the Black Stars at the Wafu Cup.
