Following the imposition of a two-match home ban on Hearts of Oak, the Premier League Board has directed that the Accra-based side play in Cape Coast to serve the suspension.

Hearts will play their week 5 and 7 suspended home matches on November 8 and 22, 2009 against New Edubiase FC and Chelsea in that order at the Robert Mensah Stadium.

The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association handed Hearts of Oak a two-match home ban plus a fine for crowd disturbances after their 1-1 draw match at the Ohene Djan Stadium last season against Chelsea on August 9, 2009.

Hearts admitted to the charge of misconduct of their fans under Article 39.7 for which the club is held responsible as per GFA Regulations 35.4.

"The Committee imposes on Hearts of Oak a two-match suspension from their home venue plus a fine of GH¢3,000

"We also order the club to reimburse the victims for the cost of their medications and loses.

"An analogue wrist watch belonging to assistant referee Mumuni Issaka, two flags belonging to the assistant referees, a cell phone belonging to the nurse attending to the injured Mumuni Issaka, and the uniform top of through damage," the Disciplinary Committee's decision read.
