Real Sportive rallied from a goal down to beat Wa All Stars 2-1 in their match-day-6 match at the El-Wak Stadium in Accra.

The Blues drew first blood in the 15th minute through Raphael Okyere to put Wa All Stars in the lead. But their joy was cut short after Samuel Owusu was shown the exit by referee Alex Kotey two minutes after they had scored the opener.

However, the Wa-based side managed to hold onto their lone goal lead to end the half 1-0 up.

The second period of the game saw Sportive start strongly and using their numerical strength to their advantage, kept the pressure on their opponents for close to 20 minutes into the half.

Real Sportives efforts paid off when they scored from a spot kick in the 77th minute through Joel Adjei after full-back, Shadrack Dodzie had been brought down in the penalty box.

Two minutes later, Sportive doubled up through substitute Richard Yeboah, who connected a cross from Hamza Mohammed.

Yeboah's goal handed the home side victory.
