The venue for Kumasi Asante Kotoko’s midweek fixture with Accra Great Olympics has been moved to the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi, one of the match venues for the African Cup of Nations.

A statement from the Professional League Board says the shift of venue has been arranged in consultation with the Venue Organising Committee of the Ghana 2008 to test the usability of the refurbished stadium at Kumasi.

The match-day-5 game on Wednesday between both sides was earlier billed to have been played at the Coronation Park in Sunyani.

However, the change of venue is solely for this particular game, the statement added.
