Bofoakwa Tano came up victors in the regional derby at the Sunyani Coronation park where they defeated Berekum Arsenals 3-2.

The five-goal thriller which kicked off late had three goals scored in the first half with the second half recording two goals.

After two minutes of play, Bofoakwa Tano playing at home shot ahead first through Kwasi Boateng.

But James Boadu cancelled out the 2nd minute strike as he equalized for Arsenals in the 9th minute.

However, Bofoakwa Tano upped the tally again in the 14th minute as Francis Darko scored the second goal.

The second half produced two goals as the Gunners equalized again in the 66th minute through Isaac Neequaye.

But as the game appeared to be heading for a draw Francis Darko grabbed a brace as he leapt to head in the match winner in the 93rd minute to carry the day for Bofoakwa Tano.
