Liberty Professionals have qualified for next year’s Confederation Cup competition after beating Power FC 2-0 at the Carl Reindorff park.

The Dansoman-based club compounded the problems of the bottom club as Michael Helegbe struck in extra time of the first half.

Back from recess, Michael Helegbe grabbed a brace as he scored the second goal in the second half.

Helegbe’s double strike seems to have given Liberty Professionals something to cheer about as they crown of their tenth anniversary celebration with a place in Africa.
