Accra Hearts of Oak has won back the three points and three goals deducted by the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association.
The Appeals Committee took the decision after its second session Friday afternoon.
Tema Youth and Hearts of Oak will replay the match at date to be announced by the Professional League Board.
The replay would however come off before the FA declares its representatives for continental competitions.
They have 72 hours to apply for the review.
Hearts of Oak failed to show up for their seventh week encounter against Tema Youth on October 21st claiming they were respecting a court injunction restraining the FA from organizing the league.
By virtue of the decision Hearts jump into 3rd place on the league table with 19 points, two points behind second placed Asante Kotoko.
