Richard Kissi gave Liberty Professionals the lead in the 28th minute.
In the second half, both sides were reduced to ten men apiece as Yaw Alex of Bofoakwa and Liberty Professionals’ Emmanuel Allan were shown the exit.
Both players were engaged in a brawl.
Then Ibrahim Abubakar equalized for Bofoakwa Tano.
As Bofoakwa Tano probed for the lead, Liberty Professionals capitalized on a defensive lapse to score the second goal through Yaw Antwi.
Kumasi Asante Kotoko marked a return to Africa with a 2-0 away win over Power FC and set up the premiership’s title decider with leaders, AshantiGold.
The first half ended goalless with both sides pushing for the opener.
Kwame Obeng-Darko continued his fine run in the league when he put Kotoko in the lead two minutes after resumption of play.
With some nine minutes to go and against the run of play, Asante Kotoko were home and dry as Kwame Obeng-Darko grabbed a brace scoring the second goal for the Porcupine Warriors.

Samuel Afram connected home a cross from Samuel Ellis after the winger had rounded up a host of All Blacks defenders.

Feyenoord Academy recorded a lone goal victory over Berekum Arsenals at the Swedru park.
