Gamba All Blacks have elevated Nana Gyepi to the position of headcoach following the axing of German, Hans Dieter Schimdt.

Nana Gyepi was the assistant to the German coach.

Dieter Schimdt, who made a return to the Ghanaian scene to take up a job with the Black Magicians two months ago, has struggled to win a game since his appointment.

All Blacks management and Dieter Schimdt had been at logger heads since the German was linked to the Kotoko coaching job upon his return in August.

The club’s technical duties now reverts to Nana Gyepi and former national star, Winson Kofi Abbrey.

The duo handed the club their only win in the premiership on match-day-I.

Both Gyepi and Kofi Abbrey would be expected to return the Black Magicians to winning ways when they take on league leaders, AshantiGold at the Swedru Park on Wednesday.
