Liberty Professionals handed Wa All Stars a heavy 5-0 defeat in the Glo Premier League play-off contest on Wednesday.
Striker Fuseini Zuberu scored a brace with Ernest Baffour, Kweku Boadi and Agyeman Boadi scoring the other goals at the Accra Sports stadium.
The win hands Liberty the 8th place finish on the standings while All Stars settle for the 9th position.
After the final day matches in the season, both teams were tied on points and remained level after the application of the head-to-head rule.
However, the one-off contest has been used to determine their positions to end the season.
