Bechem United beat Ebusua Dwarfs 1-0 at home to prolong their quest for premiership status next season.
Sitting third from bottom, the league debutants could go down next weekend when the final matches are played or secure their place.
Reginald Asante scored the match winner against Dwarfs, handing Bechem a lifeline.
They need to win their final day match against New Edubiase away and hope that Berekum Arsenal either draw or lose to Hearts of Oak in Accra.
