Wassaman United are heading back to the Division One League just a year after their debut season in the Glo Premier League.
The Tarkwa-based side lost 2-1 to Berekum Arsenal at the Golden City Park on Sunday to confirm their relegation.
Masawudu Awudu and Mohammed Hamza gave Arsenal a two-goal lead before the interval.
Back from the break Rafael Obeng pulled a goal back for Wassaman but the Tarkwa team could not find the equaliser.
Though Wassaman goes down even before the final day matches next weekend, Arsenal will still need to battle the drop.
They will be joined by two other teams - Bechem United and Mighty Jets - in the final day clashes top avoid relegation.
