The Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) is touting Florence Dadson to become the star of the future after the young female player was named Discovery of the Year at the sporting group’s awards.
Dadson, a regular for the Black Maidens picked the award for the year 2008.
Another one tipped to emerge as the next big star is Aaron Amoah who plays for Division One campaigners, Tudu Mighty Jets.
Amoah was decorated with the Promising Player of the Year award on Saturday night.
Former coach of Berekum Arsenal, Emmanuel Quarshie was recognized by SWAG and he picked the Special Meritorious Award.
