Ghanaian official, Joseph Lamptey has been named as a match referee for one of the weekend's games in the 2010 African Nations Cup and World Cup qualifiers.

Referee Lamptey would be at the centre of the Group 8 match in Nouakchott where Mauritania host Morocco on June 7.

The 34-year old, an immigration official, would be assisted on the lines by fellow nationals, David Laryea and Dawood Ouedraogo with Reginald Lathbrigde taking the job of the fourth official.

This would be Lamptey's second game in African qualifying campaign after officiating in the preliminary round game between Guinea-Bissau and Sierra Leone.
