Despite going down 2-0 to Ghana in the first leg of the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup qualifier at home, Zambia’s coach, Wisdom Kaira says the pressure would rather be on the Black Maidens on Sunday.

Ghana play Zambia in the reverse fixture of the World Cup qualifier this weekend at the Ohene Djan Stadium in Accra.

A win for the Black Maidens, Ghana’s junior female team would secure them a place in the next round of the qualifying series and improve their chances of picking one of Africa’s three spots for the first edition of the FIFA Women’s World Cup for Under-17’s scheduled for New Zealand from October 28 to November 16, 2008.

But Zambia’s Kaira is not perturbed playing Ghana on home soil and remains highly confident of their chances.

“We are going to reverse the deficit from the first leg. As you know, we never broke camp and the girls are looking forward to the game.”

“Ghana will be under pressure and we are going to take advantage of that fact to ensure that we score goals to qualify to the next stage.”

The winner over the two legs will host Congo DR in the next round during the weekend of April 2-4 and play the return leg two weeks later.

Congo got a bye following the withdrawal of Zimbabwe.
