Bashiru Hayford has failed to train his Power team for five months due to his commitment to the national under-17 team, the Black Starlets.
The club has gone five games without a win, the worst in their fifth consecutive campaign in the premier league.
Things came to a head this afternoon when at the Tema Park, Power were beaten 2-1 by Tema Youth.
The club’s CEO, Emmanuel Adotey confirmed the change in technical structure after Thursday’s defeat.
Power FC are expected to name Bashiru Hayford’s replacement by next Tuesday.
