King Faisal have been declared losers for fielding an unqualified player in their match-day-I game against Bofoakwa Tano and three points further deducted from their build up.

But officials of King Faisal have vowed to contest the disciplinary committee decision that has declared them losers for fielding an unqualified player.

Bofoakwa Tano lodged a complaint at the FA claiming that Faisal who won the game 1-0 had fielded Nafiu Awudu, a player they say is unqualified to have featured for the Kumasi-based club.

The Sunyani-based club have been declared winners of their match-day-I encounter and awarded three points and two goals.

King Faisal say they would be contesting the case at the Appeals Committee.
