Ghana international, Lawrence Aidoo’s German Bundesliga season got off on a wrong footing after the striker was sent off after 54 minutes.

Aidoo’s club, Energie Cottbus making a return to the elite division went ahead to lose the game 2-0 to his former club, Borussia Monchengladbach.
Cottbus were victims of their own indiscipline and that led to the dismissal of Aidoo who given the marching orders for a second bookable offence in the 54th minute.
