Ghana’s national under-20 team, the Black Satellites would take on Burkina Faso's junior national team in the last round of the African Youth Championship qualifers.
The Black Satellites eliminated Senegal’s junior Teranga Lions from the qualifers on a 4-1 aggregate scoreline.
The game against the Burkinabe's take place in the last weekend of September and Ghan coach Francis Oti Akenteng says the team is not relenting on the success chalked so far.
"We know the task ahead would be difficult but we are not relenting on our success chalked over the weekend in Dakar," he said.
Ghana qualified to the next stage of the qualifying series after beating the Senegalese over two legs.
But Oti Akenteng admits that though it was a tough battle, his side is getting better.
"The team is getting better match after match. The Senegalese were a good side. But I think my boys would be ready for the next game (Burkina Faso)."
The Black Satellites won the first leg in Obuasi 2-0 and completed the Senegal job over the weekend winning 2-1 in Dakar to advance to the next stage ona 4-1 aggregate scoreline.
The winner of the Ghana-Burkina Faso over two legs in September secures qualification to the 2007 African Youth Championship to be hosted by Congo.
Burkina Faso advanced to the second round of the qualifying series after their opponents, DR Congo failed to turn up for the match.
