Portsmouth say they are unlikely to meet Udinese's valuation for their Ghana international Sulley Muntari. Pompey manager Harry Redknapp revealed that the Italian side are asking for £11m for the 23-year-old midfielder.
"If they want that much for him then they will be waiting a long time," Redknapp said.
"Portsmouth chief Peter Storrie is working on the deal and I don't think that is the kind of figure he will be working to."
