Ghana coach Ratomir Dujkovic has explained why he was banished to the stands at the end of the first half by the Slovakian referee Lubos Michel.
The Ghana coach watched the remaining 45 minutes from the stands after a complaining against Brazil’s second scored by Inter Milan striker, Adriano.
On the stroke of halftime, Adriano doubled Brazil's lead, tapping in a cross from Cafu but it was clearly offside after Ronaldo had put them ahead in the fifth minute.
"I said it would be better for us if he put on a yellow jersey," he explained.
The Black Stars making their debut at the competition went on to lose the game 3-0 and thus bow out of the World Cup. Ghana were the only African side to reach the last 16 and gave the defending champions a stern test.
