Ghana coach Ratomir Dujkovic was bursting with pride after seeing the Black Stars lose 3-0 to Brazil in the second round of the World Cup in Dortmund.
Ghana were the only African side to reach the last 16 and gave the defending champions a stern test.
"They faced a great team, the world champions, who are the best in the competition," said Dujkovic.
"It is not a shame to lose to Brazil. I said before that Brazil were favoured to be champions, the world champions."
Dujkovic was sent to the stands at half-time after Adriano had doubled Brazil's lead when he was clearly offside.
Earlier, Ronaldo opened the scoring after just five minutes while Jose Ze Roberto wrapped things up shortly before the final whistle.
However, Ghana out-played Brazil in the first half and could have caused an upset were it not for some profligate finishing.
