Former Asante Kotoko captain, Issah Ahmed has helped Randers FC to clinch their first title in over 30 years beating Esbjerg in the Danish Cup final.
Randers FC won the game 1-0 in extra time.
Randers lead the Danish first division with six games to go.
Issah Ahmed joined Randers FC in January after Ghana’s exit from the African Cup of Nations.
Before joining the Danish side, he had helped Asante Kotoko win their second professional league title last season.
The tough central defender has won a place in Ghana’s 23-man squad for the world cup announced today.
