An under strength Black Stars team were held to a 1-1 draw by Bundesliga side, VFB Stuttgart in Wurzburg, Germany today.
German-based midfielder, Otto Addo put the Black Stars ahead eight minutes into the second half.
The Black Stars ended the first half effecting two substitutions with Brentford Lloyd Owusu and Isaac Boakye going off for Patrick Agyemang and Nana Kwasi Asare.
Both players limped off after picking up injuries.
Ghana struggled in the first half coming under intense pressure but goalkeeper Richard Kingston who marked a return to the Black Stars after two years saved the team’s blushes on several occasions
Black Stars coach Ratomir Dujkovic made two more substitutions in the second half, bringing on Dan Quaye for Aziz Ansah and Bernard Dong Bortey for Haminu Dramani.
With seven minutes to go, VFB Stuttgart scored the equalizer through former AC Milan striker Jon Dahl Tommasson.
The Black Stars will move on next to Russia where they play two first division sides on May 8 and 11.
They play club sides, Terek Gronzy and Anji Mahachkala next in Moscow.
The games would come off before Ghana begins her World cup camping on May 16 in Austria.
