Swedru All Blacks will play in the premier league again after five years in division one.
All Blacks beat Okwawu United to pick the single premiership slot in the playoff at the El Wak Stadium on Monday.
The two sides were locked at 0-0 at the end of regulation time but the division one league side won the game 5-4 on penalties.
All Blacks now join the fifteen already qualified clubs to complete the 16-team line up for the new premiership season.
Okwawu missed their third kick before Ishmael Ayittey converted the last to send All Blacks to the premiership.
All Blacks finished third in the national middle league with six points.
Okwawu United on the other hand ended last year’s league third from bottom with only 32 points from 30 matches.
