Black Stars striker, Asamoah Gyan continued his fine form ahead of the World Cup scoring a late winner for Modena in the Italian Serie B.

Modena beat Torino 2-1 with the Ghanaian striker scoring on the stroke of full time.

Gyan has been in impressive form lately for Modena.

But there was bad news for Ghana defender Hans Adu Sarpei who conceded an 81st-minute own goal in Wolfsburg’s 0-3 loss to FC Cologne in the German Bundesliga.

Matthew Amoah played his first full match for Borussia Dortmund.

They lost 1-2 Bayer Leverkusen.

Another Ghanaian star also conceded an own goal but this time in the Belgian Jupiler League.

Zulte-Waregem's Ibrahim Salou scored an own goal as they went on to lose 2-1.

In the Dutch Eredivise, Eric Addo was part of the winning party with club, PSV Eindhoven lifting the Dutch title on Sunday.

PSV's 1-1 draw with FC Groningen was enough for them after second-placed AZ Alkmaar lost 1-0 at Ajax.

The Eindhoven side moved 10 points clear at the top of the table, with two games left, to seal their 19th Eredivisie success.

The title win comes few days after Addo was given a one-year contract extension.

Addo, who joined PSV in 1999, has scored one goal in 17 appearances this season.

Still in the Dutch Eredivise, Kwame Quansah scored Heracles Almelo's first goal in their 2-0 win over RKC Waalwijk.
