Hearts of Oak's Bernard Don Bortey is recuperating from a head injury he sustained in a scuffle with a soldier on duty at the El-Wak Stadium after the Top 4 match against Asante Kotoko yesterday.

The soldier reportedly hit Bortey on the head with an unidentified object after the player run into an argument with another plain clothed officer who ordered him to get out of his way so he could move his car.

Don Bortey had to be rushed to the hospital.

Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko shared the spoils in the OneTouch Top-4 competition.

Both sides settled for a 1-1 draw.
