Former Kotoko midfielder, Edmund Owusu Peprah got both goals for Faisal scoring one in each half.
The draw by the two giants leaves Accra Hearts of Oak on top of the table with five points while Kotoko still languish at the bottom of the four-club competition with two points.
King Faisal are second on the table with five points the same as Hearts of Oak while Arsenals drop to third place with three points.
