Ghanaian striker, Razak Pimpong’s late strike ensured that FC Copenhagen retained their Royal League title on Thursday.
FC Copenhagen beat Norwegian side Lillestrom 1-0 to win the trophy.
In rainy conditions, the Ghanaian international who came on as a substitute became the match hero when he scored just before the end of regular time.
Pimpong was however sent off just moments after when he picked up his second yellow card of the match for excessive celebrations.
Last year the Danish capital team won the first edition of the all-Scandinavian tournament after beating IFK Gothenburg 12-11 in a marathon penalty shootout.
