Seven local players have received call ups to feature for the Black Stars when they play Bundesliga side, Stuttgart in a friendly match in Wurzburg tomorrow.

Goalkeeper George Owu of AshantiGold and King Faisal’s Habib Mohamed as well as the Kotoko trio of Yusif Chibsah, Aziz Ansah and Shilla Illiasu have all earned call ups for the Stuttgart tie alongside Bernard Dong Bortey and Dan Quaye of Hearts of Oak.

The players left Accra last night with the technical team for Wurzburg.

They will be joined by eleven foreign-based colleagues to make up the 18-man squad for the match.

From his wide pool of players, coach Ratomir Dujkovic has selected Otto Addo, Matthew Amoah, Isaac Boakye and Ibrahim Tanko from Germany.

The English pair of Lloyd Owusu and Patrick Agyemang will also be in the line up against Stuttgart.

Holland-based Eric Addo, the Belgian pair of Philemon McCarthy and Nana Kwasi Asare and Issa Ahmed who plays in Denmark complete the list.
