Ghanaian born Derek Asamoah wants to put recent turmoil behind him and concentrate on his football.
Asamoah who plays for English division two side Chester City has been at the centre of a row after missing a recent training session.
He claimed that he had been house-hunting after the club turned him out of the property they had provided, although Chester hit back, revealing details of his contract which they reckon includes a relocation bonus.
His agent insists that this is not the case, however, and says it is time for the bickering to stop so that the on-loan player can narrow his focus and fight his way into the City first-team.
He added that although Asamoah was upset by the affair, he hoped that this would be an end to it and that he would now be able to concentrate on his football.
The 24-year-old joined Chester on-loan whilst former manager Keith Curle was at the club, but he has subsequently found first-team chances limited under new boss Mark Wright.
Asamoah once featured for Kumasi Asante Kotoko during the administration of Herbert Mensah.
