Former Accra Hearts of Oak marksman, Ishmael Addo could soon be rejoining the Phobians again.

The player, who plies his trade in Cyprus, has been in the country for some weeks now seeking a return to Hearts.

The Public Relations Officer of Hearts of Oak, Commey, joins us on the line now to shed more light on the possible return of the premier league’s former goal king.

“As at now, very soon, I know he would be joining the rainbow jersey.

“We are just working on his ITC (International Transfer Certificate) which I know very soon, it would be ready and he would be Phobian very soon,” Commey told a local station.
