Judgement for the court case withholding the commencement of the National middle league is expected to be made today.

The sitting judge yesterday (Monday) postponed his judgment to today (Tuesday).

Alhaji Asuma Banda who filed the suit had offered the Division One league board the option of ending the six weeks long legal tussle.

Asuma Banda had requested that Kintampo United and B.A united be made to play-off for qualification into the National middle league.

Asuma Banda’s suit against the Ghana Football Association will be settled at an Accra High Court today.
