The Ghana Football Association have rounded up on its online world cup ticket application and closed the service on February 15.

According to the head of the FA’s world cup ticketing sales unit, Fred Pappoe, the football federation would begin processing all entries.

All applicants whose entries are selected by the Ghana Football Association would receive a mail from the soccer body about the next phase - which has to do with payment for tickets and the mode of tickets delivery.

The football federation on New Year’s eve announced the selling of Ghana’s quota of tickets for this year’s World Cup.

Some interested applicants completed their ticketing orders online or by filling out the forms mechanically across the country at the various regional football associations.

However, the FA has warned that the issuance of the tickets is no guarantee for the acquisition of a German visa.

The football federation also wishes to inform all ticket applicants that their information would be held strictly confidential.
