The national under-20 team, the Black Satellites, have ended their campaign at the eight-nation invitational tournament in South Africa without a point.

The Satellites were beaten 2-0 by Mozambique in the last group match.

Ghana left the competition without scoring a goal having conceded five goals.

Other group contenders Cote d'Ivoire and Zimbabwe qualified for the last four stage of the competition.

The Satellites are scheduled to return to Ghana on Saturday.

Meanwhile hosts South Africa, beat neighbours Lesotho 1-0 to qualify for the semi-finals of the tournament.
