Accra Hearts of Oak are on the brink of concluding the most influential deal in the local player transfer market.

The Phobians are reported to have agreed a two-year deal with striker Eric Gawu pending the approval of King Faisal.

Eric Gawu’s decision to join Hearts will be huge blow to Asante Kotoko who have been his long time admirers.

The player has however told the Africa Sports, a local bi-weekly sports paper, that playing for Hearts will be the fulfilment of his childhood ambitions.
