After initial hiccups Ghana's senior womens national team, the Black Queens have begun camping for the next edition of the African Women’s Championship.
The national women’s football team has been in camp for over two weeks at the National Sports College in Winneba.
Coach of the side, Bashiru Hayford, says the team will move their training into higher gear with a tour of the regions as they struggle to get a good blend of the few old players and the new limbs that are in camp.
Also in camp is Adwoa Bayor, who is gunning for the African Female Player of the Year award.
The Queens are attempting to make their third womens African Cup Nations appearance.
