Swedish side, AIK Solna have rejected offers for Ghana international, Derek Boateng.
The midfielder has impressed for the Swedish outfit this season, but is out of contract at the end of 2006 and is attracting the attention of several clubs across Europe.
However, AIK say the 22-year-old is too important for them to accept one of the lucrative offers.
"They could have sold him and got a good profit," said Boateng's agent Patrick Mort.
"But now he will stay, there are no doubts about that."
The former national under-20 star last donned the national colors last year during Ghana’s world cup qualifying series.
Boateng is hoping to snap up a place in Ghana’s world cup squad after missing out of next year’s African Cup of Nations.
According to Boateng’s agent, the 22-year-old has time on his side to stake a claim in the Black Stars’ team preparing for the world cup in Germany.
