Ghana’s national under-20 team, the Black Satellites would be begin preparations ahead of their participation in the WAFU tourney scheduled for Abuja later this month.
The Satellites would be vying for honours in the West Africa Football Union (WAFU) and Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Anniversary tourney.
Liberty Professionals and Fetteh Feyenoord are contributing the highest number of players for the national assignment, four players each for the competition slated from November 21-28.
Accra Great Olympics are the only division one-league side who have a player in the national squad.
The team would be handled Francis Oti Akenteng and assisted by Sulley Mohammed.
Full squad:
Kotey Blankson, Bawa Mumuni, Kwame Obeng-Darko and Michael Helegbe (Liberty Professionals), Emmanuel Anarfi, Harrison Aful, Sheriff Dan-Ladi and Iddi Yakini (Feyenoord), Anthony Annan and Prince Tagoe (Hearts of Oak) and Jerry Akaminko (Heart of Lions).
Others are Kennedy Korley (Bofoakwa), Nana Bobie and Prince Antwi (King Faisal), Michael Addo (Sekondi Hasaacas) and Daniel Asamoah (AshantiGold).
The rest of the squad are Towfiq Alolo (RTU), Francis Mantey (Great Olympics), Douglas Nkrumah (Asante Kotoko), Mark Amofa (Real Sportive) and Alex Asamoah (Berekum Arsenal).
