The senior national team, the Black Stars would camp in the Tunisian capital of Tunis for their final build up to next year’s African Cup of Nations.
The management committee of the team believes Tunis has the requisite facilities to facilitate the Stars preparations for the Egypt tournament.
Discussions over a camping destination came up after Black Stars coach, Ratomir Dujkovic, submitted his list of players who would be preparing for the competition to the Ghana Football Association.
Fred Pappoe, chairman of the Black Stars management committee says the premier league’s top scorer, Prince Tagoe, remains a key member of the squad for the North Africa tour.
The Black Stars would be taking on the Pharaohs of Egypt in Cairo on January 5 and then square off with the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia ten days later.
The FA is still awaiting confirmation on a third friendly game with Libya.
The Black Stars would then move Egypt for the African Cup of Nations where they would seeking a historic fifth title success.
