Accra Hearts of Oak have dispensed with the services of eleven of their players after the 2005 league season.
The management of the club took the decision at its meeting in Accra yesterday.
Strikers Ablade Morgan and George Eranio, midfielder Eric Djangmah and defenders Daniel Oppong and Acquah Harrison are among the players offloaded by the club.
The rest are James Boateng, Theophilus Quao, Francis Lamptey, Emmanuel Teye Okunor, Ricky Yamoah and Edward Yankah.
The Phobians are intent on undertaking a house cleaning exercise after an uninspiring second finish in the just ended GT Premier League.
Joy Sports sources say the club believe the contribution of these players in the last season have been quite minimal.
