Government has finally submitted its protocol agreement to the five-man FIFA reform committee of the Ghana Football Association.
The ministry’s advisory committee on Wednesday presented the document on their expected role under the new dispensation.
The five-man reform committee led by acting GFA chairman, Kwesi Nyantakyi, would be presenting their final draft on the reforms at an extraordinary session of Congress on December 1.
Congress, the highest decision making body in Ghana Football, would peruse the reform committee’s work and approve or reject it.
If approved, the Congress will then discuss the program of implementation for the reforms and set a date for election of new officers.
FIFA had asked the Ghana Football Association to speed up the implementation of the structural changes, which will transform the administration of the local game.
