AshantiGold's Emmanuel Osei Kuffour has closed in on the hunt for the goal-king award of the GT premiership after he scored his twelfth goal of the season yesterday.
Osei Kuffour scored AshantiGold’s match winner from a spot kick to give the miners a 1-0 win over Real Sportive in their match-day-28 of the GT premier league at the Len Clay Stadium.

Tagoe, has gone blank in the phobians last two games and with two league games to go, the hunt for the goal-king award is far from over.
Three other players, Eric Gawu of King Faisal, Yaw Antwi of Bofoakwa and Kpando Heart of Lions striker, Sadat Bukari all have ten goals to their credit.
On nine goals are Alex Asamoah of Berekum Arsenal and Real Tamale United’s Alhassan Weah.
