Kumasi Asante Kotoko’s lead striker, Nasiru Ghani has suffered a foot injury which could keep him out of action for the rest of the season.

Ghani picked the injury during the clubs’ last league game against Feyenoord. The striker joined Kotoko at the start of the season and has scored five league goals.

Meanwhile, Accra Hearts of Oak have also suffered their own misfortune.

Captain Amankwa Mireku’s injury nightmares continue.

He’s expected to miss this afternoon’s clash with Bofoakwa after injuring his knee in the 3-0 win over Heart of Lions.
