Two Ghanaian players contributed to their club’s first leg victories in the UEFA Cup first round matches.

Black Stars player, Baba Adamu Armando yesterday scored Krylya Sovetov’s second goal against AZ Alkmaar at home in the UEFA Cup first leg tie.

Armando’s side won 5-3.

Baba Armando was in Ghana’s squad against South Africa but was left out of the last home match against Uganda.
