Kumasi Asante Kotoko registered another routine win yesterday in a friendly at the Baba Yara stadium in Kumasi.
The Porcupine Warriors beat Okwawu United who are struggling in the league 2-1.
The friendly was Kotoko’s second within a week as Coach Emmanuel Afranie works to keep his team in shape.
Even though the match was test game, Okwawu United coach David Taylor was less than satisfied with the standard of officiating.
Taylor’s opposite number at Kotoko, E.K Afranie vehemently disagreed with Taylor’s assessment of the match.
Meanwhile the Porcupine Warriors are likely to host either Ashanti Gold or Sekondi Hasaacas in a friendly match on Sunday.
