Kumasi Asante Kotoko fans will see their pet player, Nii Odartey Lamptey, in action for the club when the GT Premier league resumes.

Lamptey has enjoyed little playing time with Kotoko since signing up for the club about three months ago.

The absence of the former national star has left his teeming supporters in doubt about his ability to cope with the rigorous schedule of the league.

But Kotoko coach Emmanuel Kwasi Afranie, told Joy Sports the striker is gradually recovering his good form and will soon be in action for the Porcupine Warriors.

Nii Odartey Lamptey has not played in any league game since the arrival of Emmanuel Kwasi Afranie.
