Sporting Mirren escape the relegation battle, at least for now as they picked all three points against Eleven Wise on Monday in their match-day-7 Glo Premier League fixture.
The win, the second for the premiership debutants would be a big boost after having battled to avoid the drop since the start of the seven-match old league campaign.
With the game heading for draw, David Amoako was on hand to break the hearts of the Wise supporters when he scored a late winner at the Ohene Djan Stadium.
Amoako, who had come on for captain Frank Boateng in the 78th minute struck home a low drive, beating Wise goalkeeper, Baba Sampana.
Sporting Mirren now move to 13th on the table as Wise hold onto their 10th place.
