The premiership heads into the final stages with five games to play for beginning today when all sixteen clubs line up for match action on match-day-26 in the OneTouch Premier League.

It’s been an outstanding season so far as the clubs battle it out for honours and survival in the elite division.

Starting from the Ohene Djan Stadium in Accra, league leaders, Asante Kotoko can further consolidate their title drive when they play a side too distant from them on the standings, Accra Great Olympics, fighting to avoid the drop.

A whopping 37 points separates both sides with Kotoko needing four points to clinch the title and the Wonder Boys in search of the total 15 points from their remaining five games to grant them a place among the elite, next season, depending on the other results of other clubs holed up at the bottom ranks of the table.

Both sides would be seeking to collect all three points as the Porcupine Warriors would attempt to stroll past a desperate Great Olympics team.

Hearts of Oak would begin life without Eyal Lachman at the El-Wak Stadium in Accra where they play Liberty Professionals, who have everything to play for as they still attempt to resurrect their flagging title hopes and now even look like missing out of a Champions League place.

Sampson Lamptey, who returns to a familiar position on the Hearts bench as caretaker coach after occupying that same role earlier in the season, would guide the Phobians against his former boss, Cecil Jones Attuquayefio, who would be on the opposite bench for Liberty.

The Phobians would seek to make it a league double over Liberty after winning the first round action 1-0 at the same venue.

King Faisal host second-placed, Heart of Lions at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi in a match Lions would have to win and maintain their position at second on the standings.

Hasaacas can only lift themselves up from the 15th position if they can only manage a win at the Sekondi Sports Stadium where they clash with Berekum Arsenal.

At the Tema Park, Real Sportive would be at home to Zaytuna FC.

Wa All Stars would be at the Swedru Park to play Gamba All Blacks with AshantiGold taking on Real Tamale United at the Len Clay Stadium.

Tema Youth would test Kessben FC’s quest for a top six finish when both sides meet at the Anane Boateng Stadium.
